Senior Java Developer Requirements:
| Proven experience creating application and infrastructure architectures and communicating them to diverse organizations |
| Demonstrated success leading large-scale development of business-critical systems; preferably in thefinancial services industry |
| Hands-on expertise developing object-oriented systems on distributed platforms |
| Experience integrating distributed and mainframe applications |
| Understanding of middleware and messaging |
| Experience in several of the following: Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, MQ Series, XML, SOAP, pub/sub middleware, WebLogic |
| Previous experiences with analysis and architecture patterns, object modeling, data architecture, DB2 and UNIX |
| Previous experience with integrating web services with CICS / IMS |
| Strong knowledge in software development process and tools |
| Excellent communication ability |
| Proven ability to develop effective cross-functional relationships |
| 5+ years experience |
| Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline |
