Quality Assurance Requirements
| Establish appropriate and consistent test methods |
| Prepares, creates and reviews test plans, test scripts. |
| Logs, tracks and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. |
| Plans and directs quality assurance schedules and assignments. |
| Regularly monitors project status and is accountable to meet cost/time projections. |
| 5+ years testing experience |
| Familiarity with Mercury test tools, including TestDirector |
| Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work with several diverse groups of people in a collaborative environment |
| Know of XML, SOAP |
| Bachelor's degree |
| Strong analytical skills |
| Ability to multi-task in a rapidly moving environment |
| Proven communication skills |
| Familiarity with the whole software development life cycle |
