| Minimum of 5-7 years information systems development experience or equivalent. |
| Demonstrates leadership by coordinating the requirements, specifications, design and testing efforts for small to large projects. |
| Mastery in developing and evaluating requirements. |
| Handle tasks of high complexity and risk. |
| Anticipate future trends and potential impact. |
| Provide leadership regarding tools and systems to complete projects. |
| Capable of communicating to audiences at all levels of management re: project results / options. |
| Customer Service focused with the ability to multi-task. |
